Been there twice in a week. Awesome burgers. You do not leave hungry. Must stop if your in the area.

So we went to Montana city grill for the SECOND time last night. It's a great place to eat. It's on the fancier side of dining, although not too much.
My wife started out with a bowl of clam chowder, which she absolutely loved. Then she had the salmon, which is bright red and fresh. She had it last time we went too, she thinks the salmon is great.
This time I had chicken fried steak, and it was VERY good! Enormous and delicious with wonderful gravy. I chose the mashed potatoes, which I normally like, but these I didn't care for, probably nothing wrong with them, just that particular recipe I didn't like. No problem, they gave me a twice baked potato instead. That was amazing!
Also I had a HUGE plate of Broccoli, and I slathered butter all over it. It looked burnt but tasted awesome!!
Even their rolls with butter are served hot and are delicious.
Now last time I came I had the ribeye steak. It was half the normal thickness that I'm used to eating with steak, and it had a ton of fat and gristle, but it was delicious too. I'm just spoiled because I make my own steak and cut all that off before grilling.
Overall with both dinners I'd still give the place 5 stars. The food is good, and the portions are large, and the service was good too. It's a little spendy, but these days what isn't? I recommend Montana city grill!

This was the best lunch we have had in a very long while. Josie is the most welcoming person we have probably ever met and she remembers us every time. We don’t even have to order our drinks, she is always way ahead of us. Highly recommended, if you have a chance please request her. You will not be disappointed.

We are until 7 but we are not taking anymore reservations since we have so many already

Q:a prominent item was omitted from my seafood platter last night. If there are food shortages due to supply-side or nature or something, would it be possible to be advised by the server in advance that an item would not be available in a menu item?

They don't notify you. It's like eating with family that hates you.

They are,we add extra shrimp and fish to the platter. My server are to notify you of the shortage with the extra item we do. Some day I hope not to be short items and we all can be back to normal

Q:What are the Covid safety practices like here?
A:
We felt safe with social distancing, but the law changed so they're adding tables and bar stools to 100%. Lots of Republican legislators are going there without masks!
